Butternut Squash Soup
One
Chop the butternut squash into similar size pieces to aid cooking evenly. chop red onion, add the garlic.
Its best to add the liquid to the blender first…

Pour in the stock, cumin, harisa paste ( cumin, chile, mint, lemon) and Ginger tea, brewed for 20 mins.
Now add the veg.

Press POWER, FULL HEAT & START
this cooks it for 30 mins, the machine is AUTO blending every 5 mins.
Now finish off the blending , add the creme fraiche , give it a final blend ….. Done !
