I have had a 6ltr Instant Pot Duo for 3 years now, but I really fancied the new Plus, with the sous vide facility. I’ve had it for about 3 weeks now and I absolutely love it!! The new display is easy to read, the self-sealing lid and one-touch pressure release are fantastic additions. So far I’ve used the sauté, pressure cook, steam, sterilise and sous vide functions. The book that comes with it is super helpful, as most of the functions have different levels depending what you want to cook, and the book helps you decide which level is best. I bought myself a vacuum sealer at the same time as I was really keen to try the sous vide function. What can I say? The ribeye steaks I made on Valentines night were amazing! I set it to the temperature and duration suggested for medium steak and they were absolutely perfect. I’m now planning what I’m going to sous vide next!! Thank you Instant Pot, for creating this awesome kitchen gadget!!
